Pricenow may disclose personal data to third parties in order to use technical or organizational services required to fulfill the aforementioned purposes or Pricenow's other business activities. For example, in connection with the conclusion of a contract for a ski pass and the corresponding service processing, Pricenow transmits personal data to the operator of the respective ski area and, if necessary, to other third parties involved in the contract processing (e.g. to the Swiss Federal Railways SBB). The data may not be used, forwarded, sold or otherwise made accessible by third parties outside of the processing purpose.
However, due to Pricenow's role as an intermediary between customers and mountain railroads, all data collected may be passed on to the operator of the ski area, whereby the latter undertakes to comply with this data protection declaration. The customer acknowledges that the operator of the mountain railroads, as any contractual partner of the customer for the sale of ski passes, is authorized to use the personal data for direct marketing purposes in connection with the sale of ski passes.
Pricenow's service providers and partner areas are contractually obliged to process the personal data exclusively in accordance with Pricenow's instructions and in accordance with the above exceptions. Service providers and partner territories are also contractually obliged to comply with technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of personal data. If the service providers are located in countries in which the applicable laws do not provide for a level of protection of personal data comparable to Swiss law or the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, Pricenow will contractually ensure that the service providers concerned comply with the Swiss and European level of data protection.

Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity software is used to improve the user experience on our website if you have consented to the use of cookies in the cookie banner.
